The 294-unit Belmong Apartments, located at 3000 Bissonnet, were completed in 1992. The Carltonb Apartments, with 222 units, were built at 3805 West Alabamain 1993.
“We thought this would be a greart opportunity to start anacquisition program,” says Jasojn Schlanger, Martin Fein’s vice president of “It’s a way for us to adapt to this currentg environment.”
